1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from Sahyogi Vyapar & Co. or authorized distributors.
• The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
• Products damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or opened packaging are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to external causes after delivery
• Promotional or free sample items

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at support@sahyogivyapar.com with your order details and reason for return.
2. Once verified, our representative will guide you through the process and provide the return shipping address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it via a reliable courier service.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after successful inspection of the returned product.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
• In case of order cancellation before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
